If your home group is scheduled to meet on Thanksgiving (Thursday), Christmas Eve (Tuesday), Christmas day (Wednesday), New Years Eve (Tuesday), or New Years Day (Wednesday) please send a representative to area to announce your planned schedule/availability. It is important that we have this information available for the sick and suffering addict during this holiday season.
Christmas Party Friday 12/14 at Fairhaven Church 2415 Saw Mill Run Blvd. (Parking in the back.) Dinner 7:00 followed by crafts for the kids, Chinese auction,, 50/50 raffle and pictures with Santa. Gratitude meeting 9 - 10. Sponsored by SHASCNA Activities Committee.
The Tri-State Regional convention Start to Live will be selling registrations and packages for STL42 now until 12/3 at this year's prices.
PR is in need of support. They will be meeting November 24th at St. Pete's in Brentwood at 7:45PM.
Area minutes have not been recorded the past couple of months due to a lack of an area secretary. Minutes will continue to be delayed or unsent until area fills the position. The clean time requirement is 1 year for vice secretary. Please get involved today.
The next activities meeting will be Wednesday December 11th 6:00 at Fairhaven.
H&I will be meeting Sunday Dec 1st at 12, Spencer United Methodist Church H&I is looking to fill the following positions: Vice Literature Chair. Panel Coordinators: Mercy Detox Tuesday at 8PM, Passages to Recovery Wednesday at 7PM Panel Leader: Mercy Detox week 1 Tuesday at 8PM Passages to Recovery week 5 Wednesday at 7PM, Light of Life week 2 Saturday at 1PM New Outlook Academy (Women's Facility) is looking to add a meeting on Saturdays & is in need of a panel leader to support this commitment
Spiritual Retreat 41 is still looking for a logo. Must include camping elements, the words "It's Available To Us All", and 41 or the Roman numerals XLI. It should also say Tri-State Spiritual Retreat. Please submit to tsrspiritualretreat@gmail.com by December 1st

Keep It Real - Will be having their annual holiday party on Saturday December 21st. Doors open at 6PM meeting at 7PM. Male and Females speakers. Food Fun and Fellowship to follow.
